Chat

The Chat User Interface (UI) consists of 2 different tabs:

Conversations: Manage all conversations here, whether they are assigned or unassigned, handled by reps or bots. You can configure assignment rules, compose messages, and filter conversations by channels or tags.

Outbound/New Conversations: Configure chatbot tasks and chat flows from this tab.

Bot Tasks: Here, you manage your audiences: Users & Leads. Leads refer to unknown/anonymous website visitors, while Users are those who have identified themselves by providing their email address and name.

Also, you can make the changes to the chat in the Settings tab. 

App/Messanger Settings: Configure Chat App Profile, Tags, Quick Replies, Messenger activation/deactivation, Availability settings, Privacy preferences, Add Team Members, and Integrate Apps.
